Office Manager

Next month we're moving into our beautiful new office in Amsterdam, and we're looking for someone to create a wonderful environment for our team to thrive in, and to own our office operations. At Fiberplane, we’re building the first collaborative tool for infrastructure teams. The result? Better experiences for engineers to work together, and shorter downtime for companies.

Our dedicated team of engineers previously created Wercker, a container-native CI/CD platform that was acquired by Oracle.

This position can be part-time or full-time.

In this role you will:

  • Manage day to day operations in addition to our suppliers, food orders, access card management, inventory management, office budget and liaising with suppliers
  • Be the main point of contact for our team with any questions they might have around travel, sick days, equipment etc
  • Provide stellar onboarding experiences for new colleagues, and the same stellar experience for any people offboarding from the team
  • Plan memorable team events in collaboration with our Chief of Staff
  • Ensure our administration is up-to-date, including contracts and expense filing
